What turnkey design and supervision includes
Four things separate turnkey from a standard design service: procurement (every product ordered, tracked and delivered), daily contractor coordination on site, budget control with your approval on every item, and final styling — so the day you receive the keys, the home is finished, cleaned and dressed.
Design supervision ("projektantski nadzor") means the designer who created the documentation personally verifies that joinery, stone, lighting and finishes are executed as drawn — decisions on site are made quickly and in line with the design, not against it.
