You receive everything a contractor needs to build your home exactly as designed: a moodboard and layout plans, 3D renders of all zones, technical drawings for lighting, electrical and ceilings, a complete materials and product list, and contractor recommendations by category. You manage the execution — the design leaves no open questions.
Every project is designed around a consultation process that maps how you live: your routines, storage needs, light, and the atmosphere you want to come home to. The result is a home that is calm, functional and entirely personal — not a catalogue look.

This service fits clients who want to run their own renovation — hiring and paying contractors directly — but refuse to improvise the design. It is the most common choice for owners of new apartments in Belgrade Waterfront and for full renovations of existing apartments and houses.

How the process works

Why AUREA
Andrea Kukor completed her interior design education at Torrens University, Billy Blue College of Design in Sydney, and worked on high-end residential projects, new developments and renovations in Australia before founding the studio in Belgrade. AUREA prices full interior design per project, based on size and complexity — request a quote with your floor plan and square footage. Every engagement starts the same way: an on-site consultation, whose fee is deducted if you continue with a design service.
What do I receive at the end of the design process?

Do you design apartments outside Belgrade?
Yes. The studio is based in Belgrade Waterfront and works with clients across Serbia and internationally — the consultation and design phases can run online, and Andrea has delivered projects as far as Sydney, Australia.
Do I have to buy furniture through the studio?
No. The product list lets you purchase everything independently, at your own pace. If you prefer procurement, deliveries and contractor coordination handled for you, that is part of the turnkey design and supervision service.
What should I prepare before the first meeting?
A floor plan (or the square footage), photos or a video of the space, and any references you like. If you have neither, the consultation starts with a site visit and measurements.
