Space to plan properly

Novi Beograd apartments tend to be larger and more regular than central flats, which is a gift for design: proper entrance zones, real utility and storage, a generous open kitchen and living area, and bedrooms that can each be resolved fully. We use that space deliberately — nothing left over, nothing cramped.

Many are new-build, so we design from the shell; others are 2000s-era apartments ready for a refresh or a fuller renovation. Either way the process starts the same: mapping how your household actually lives.

Contemporary, durable, family-friendly

For busy homes we lean on materials that look refined and take daily life: engineered oak, quartz and porcelain surfaces, wool-based textiles, and joinery that hides the clutter. Our SOLE project — a four-bedroom family residence with two rooms turned into home offices — is a good reference for a calm, hard-working family home.

Lighting and layout are planned around real routines: mornings, homework, cooking, guests — so the apartment supports the day rather than fighting it.
